Select the slide and open Layout in the toolbar. Choose the layout that fits the content, then check every text box and image. A layout arranges placeholders; it does not necessarily reorganize separately drawn objects. If the current theme has no suitable option, start from the nearest simple layout and adjust deliberately.
Choose Insert > Chart > From Sheets, select the spreadsheet and chart, and keep Link to spreadsheet enabled before importing. Edit the original chart's data in Sheets, then use Update in Slides to refresh the displayed result. People viewing the presentation can see the inserted chart even without access to the original spreadsheet.
Open Tools > Linked objects and choose Update all. Check the updated charts afterward, since changes from the source can overwrite edits to the inserted objects. If no update control appears, the objects may already be current or may not be linked. Editing a pasted chart does not automatically update its source file.
Copy the selected slides, open the destination and paste into its slide list. Choose Link slides when prompted. You can later update them from the source. Review what the source contains before sharing: viewers of the destination can see the inserted content even without access to the original deck.
