Charging alone does not prove that dock communication and the evacuation path are working. Check for a blocked dock tube or debris in the bin path, and inspect the charging contacts. Use the cleaning method specified for your robot and dock, with the dock unplugged. If the problem persists, follow iRobot’s model-specific evacuation troubleshooting rather than repeatedly restarting cleaning.
Stop the robot, remove it from the dock and locate the four sensor windows underneath. Wipe them gently with a clean, dry microfiber or soft cotton cloth. Do not spray water or cleaner into the openings.
